How do I build a house that feels like "HOME"?

You have unlimited options available to customize the entire home to your needs. We strongly believe that because it’s your Family living in your new home that it should be built for your lifestyle. You will never hear "we don't do that" from us! Designing your new home to fit your family's needs is our mission. How do I choose a builder?

Easy, just pick Fieldstone Family Homes! No seriously, You should visit with the builder and/or the owner(s), ask questions, check realtor and trade references, and talk with past clients. Focus on builder's that are members of Local and National Builders Associations as they have to adhere to strict guidelines and business practices to become recognized members. Make sure your builder is properly insured, and offers a third party warranty coverage option. Most importantly you need to be sure that you are "comfortable" with the builder in that they exhibit an open communication forum, are honest, and answer your questions promptly and thoroughly. You will be working with the builder for anywhere from 90 days to 2 years depending on the home, and need to have a good feeling about that individual or company. No builder should be chosen or ruled out based on just a few comments from any one source. If you find a builder, home, or price point that interests you, perform your due diligence by meeting with them, checking references from actual clients, and getting your own impression.

How much can I afford to spend on my new home?

The first step is to decide how much you want to spend on your new home each month. We will assist you in figuring out exactly how much you can spend purchasing your new home while staying within your monthly budget. YES. All Fieldstone Family Homes' come with an outstanding warranty and service program. We provide comprehensive personal service and a commitment to fully resolving any warranty issues. You can be assured that service after the sale will be completed in a prompt and professional manner. Fieldstone Family Homes representatives are available for post closing service appointments, and scheduled walk-through's as requested during your first year of ownership. Your home also comes complete with a limited 2 year mechanical systems warranty and a limited 10 year structural warranty. Fieldstone Family Homes feels our homeowner’s should expect the best in value and quality construction. That is why we have chosen to offer the 3rd Party Warranty Assurance with every one of our homes which provides peace of mind for our homeowners and demonstrates our commitment to a quality warranty program.
