2. Framing Phase – “Your Home Goes Vertical”
What Happens:
- Framing starts — your home takes shape!
- Roof and exterior walls are built.
- Windows and temporary exterior doors are installed
*Inspection completed after phase.




3. Rough-Ins & Mechanical Systems – “What’s Inside the Walls”
What Happens:
- Plumbing lines and tub/shower units installed.
- HVAC ducts and mechanical systems go in.
- Electrical wiring begins.
*Inspection completed after phase.




4. Insulation & Sheetrock – “Walls Come Alive”
What Happens:
- Insulation is installed for comfort and energy efficiency.
- Sheetrock goes up — rooms take real shape!
- Garage is fire rocked and taped – in locations touching the home.
- Texture and primer begin.
Please note: For safety, visits are limited while drywall is being installed.
*Inspection completed after phase.




5. Interior Finishes – “Your Style Shines Through”
What Happens:
- Trim and baseboards installed.
- Cabinets, doors, and hardware added.
- Painting and ceiling textures completed.
- Flooring, tile, and lighting begin installation.




6. Final Touches – “Bringing It All Together”
What Happens:
- Countertops, light fixtures, appliances, and plumbing fixtures are completed.
- Final paint, stain, and carpet are installed.
- Site cleanup and landscaping are finished.
*Final inspection completed after phase which is called the certificate of occupancy.



7. Delivery Day – “Welcome Home!”
What Happens:
- Your home passes final inspections.
- Keys are delivered!
- You walk through your completed home with our team.
