Angelique is an Excellent communicator with a deep sense of concern for my satisfaction.

Angelique knows the market and recommends homes based on what I want, not what she wants to sell. Her down to earth style and professionalism I recognized immediately. She is a very patient and understanding personality. Angelique and I spent a lot of time reviewing listings and visiting properties. We made several reasonable offers on homes. This is the second home I purchased with her because I wanted a larger home than the previous one I bought from her.. After Angelique and I viewed three more homes, this one hit the spot, the dream. I have talked to several friends about Angelique recommending her. As for me, there is no other Real Estate Agent. She and her R.E. Agent husband are types one would like to have as friends. I'm fortunate to be one.

Fabulous communication and follow up!

David knows the market and was able to price the house so we received traffic. He initiated conversations and had amazing follow up. He helped us understand the entire process even with a few hiccups from the buyer.

Everything you could ask for in a realtor

Charlie was everything we needed in a realtor. He was professional in his conduct, responsive everyday and any time, he knew the area well, and he could answer any question we threw at him as first time home buyers. We couldn’t recommend Charlie enough. He was never pushy to get a sale and simply let my fiancée and I work through our decision making ourselves. He knew what the best course of action was when we got to negotiating and the overall home buying process was quite painless.

Excellent communicator with a deep sense of detail to Know what her customer is thinking and wants.

Angelique is a top notch professional. She knows what to show me and explains why not to show me a listing. When looking at listings, a property looks good. Visiting each home, Angelique would be very detailed in examining the property. I am very thankful for that trait in her personality. Her knowledge of the market saves allot of time. Angelique demonstrated the offering techniques to negotiate to the right purchase price, and I bought the right home.

Excellent communicator with years of real estate experience

Angelique’s years of experience in the real estate industry was obvious from the jump. She was excellent at keeping me up to date on everything. She had great communication throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She showed me several houses all across the metro until I found the place I liked. She was always patient and willing to listen to gripes I had about certain homes. She was very knowledgeable about the market, housing inspections and the negotiation phases. We finally landed my dream home in Woodbury! We went through two rounds of negotiations and having Angelique in my corner gave me peace of mind. She fought tooth and nail for me at every step and we had a very successful closing. I’d highly recommend picking Angelique for your agent.

11/10 Recommend Blake!!

Working with Blake was awesome from start to finish! He really listened to what we wanted, was always quick to respond, and made the whole home-buying process so much less stressful (and really fun!). What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond for us, coordinating last-minute showings, answering all our questions promptly, working with lenders and inspectors, and fighting for us during negotiations. This was our first time buying a home, so we didn't know what to expect going in, but we're so thankful we had Blake in our corner. He found us a home we absolutely love and wouldn't have found otherwise! Blake made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we can't recommend him enough!
