Working with Blake was awesome from start to finish! He really listened to what we wanted, was always quick to respond, and made the whole home-buying process so much less stressful (and really fun!). What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond for us, coordinating last-minute showings, answering all our questions promptly, working with lenders and inspectors, and fighting for us during negotiations. Made the Home Buying Process Easy

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything a lot less stressful. Buying a new construction home came with plenty of questions, and he always took the time to walk us through our options and give honest advice. We never felt pressured into anything, and it was obvious he wanted what was best for us. He's knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about his clients. Even though he's one of our best friends, he handled everything professionally from start to finish. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. This company is so beyond excellent in all of its work!

Superb, seamless, responsive, delightful and professional service

Constant communication in all forms; personal phone calls, texts, automated scheduling tools. The timing of placing my house on the market first with a “coming soon”, then putting it on the market proved they knew the customer base. my house sold within 48 hours with multiple offers over the asking price.
