Prospective buyers are encouraged to obtain a lender pre-approval prior to entering into a purchase agreement to better understand financing options and purchasing capacity. Buyers may work with any qualified lender of their choice. For convenience, Fieldstone Family Homes maintains relationships with preferred lending partners who are familiar with our homes, construction processes, and timelines. Use of a preferred lender may provide access to certain builder–lender incentives, subject to lender approval, program guidelines, and community participation.
